AVCLabs Video Blur AI offers users three pricing plans, including monthly, annual, perpetual plan. Monthly and annual subscription plans are auto-renewed, but you have the option to cancel the subscription or continue to use it. Here are some frequently asked questions about the subscription service. Simply check them out.

1. What is the refund period?

AVCLabs provides user with money-back guarantee service for all plans. The refund period for monthly and annual subscription plans is 5 days, and for perpetual plan is 30 days. Your guarantee is effective immediately upon payment. For more information on refund conditions, please see our Refund Policy.

2. How to cancel the auto-renewal service?

The Auto-Renewal feature on AVCLabs is activated by default. If you won't be charged automatically, you need to cancel the auto-renewal service before the renewal date. Here are two methods to discontinue the auto-renewal service.

Way One: After you completed the purchase, you'll receive an email with a license that includes a cancellation link for the automatic renewal at the bottom, marked "View Your Subscription". You can turn off the renewal feature by clicking on this link.

Way Two: If you need any help with canceling the auto-renewal promptly, please feel free to contact us via support@avclabs.com.

Upon successful cancellation of the subscription, you will not incur any further charges.

3. I have renewed the subscription but the license code is still invalid, why?

After you renewed the subscription plan, you will receive new registration information. Simply run the program, and click the "Settings" option at the top right corner of the program, then navigate to Register > Change Account and input the new license code to activate it again. Should you not receive your new license information, don't hesitate to reach out to us at support@avclabs.com for assistance, and we will address your query promptly.

4. Why is the actual price different from the price that is shown on the website?

All pricing plans of AVCLabs Vide Blur AI are in US dollars and do not include value added tax. You need to pay VAT depending on the country. Therefore, the actual price could be different from the price displayed on the website.

We occasionally offer special promotions. Should you subscribe or purchase a program at a promotional rate, please remember that this discount applies only to the first payment. Any renewals thereafter will revert to the standard rate as shown on our website.

5. Can I switch the monthly or annual plan to the perpetual plan?

Currently, it only supports directly switching or upgrading the monthly plan to the annual plan. You can not change the the monthly or annual plan to perpetual plan.

If you are willing to upgrade to the yearly subscription plan, please contact our support team at support@avclabs.com, and we are glad to help you make the switch swiftly.

Please note: upgrading to a perpetual plan from either a monthly or annual subscription plan is not available. If you need a perpetual plan and want a lifetime access to the program, purchasing the perpetual plan separately is required.
